Installation

First-Time Setup

After installation, prepare for first use.

  1. Plug into grounded outlet: Use dedicated 220-240V, 50Hz outlet.
  2. Turn on: Set thermostat to middle position; power indicator should light.
  3. Pre-cool: Allow freezer to run empty for 3-4 hours until cold.
  4. Load food: Place items evenly; avoid overloading.
  5. Adjust temperature: Set thermostat based on ambient conditions.

Operating the Freezer

  2. Pre-freeze hot foods: Cool to room temperature first.

  4. Check temperature: Use thermometer to ensure -18°C or below.
  5. Fast freeze: Activate for new loads by setting thermostat to MAX.
  6. Door open: Minimize time door is open to save energy.

WARNING! Do not store flammable liquids or aerosols. Keep ventilation grilles clear.

Defrosting & Cleaning

Manual defrost required when ice buildup exceeds 5 mm.

  1. Turn off and unplug: Set thermostat to 0, remove plug.
  2. Remove food: Place in coolers or insulated bags.
  3. Defrost: Place towels inside; leave door open for ice to melt.
  4. Clean: Use mild detergent and water; rinse and dry.
  5. Restart: Plug in, set thermostat, reload food after cold.
