Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and transit bolts (if fitted).
  2. Position the freezer in a well-ventilated area, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
  3. Adjust the feet using a spanner to ensure the appliance is level.
  4. If reversing the door, follow the instructions in the separate door reversal guide.
  5. Leave at least 5cm clearance at the back and sides for proper ventilation.

WARNING! The freezer is heavy; use two people to move it. Do not lay the appliance on its side or back.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, clean the interior with warm water and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.

  1. Plug the freezer into a dedicated 220-240V, 50Hz earthed socket.
  2. Switch on the appliance. The digital display will illuminate.
  3. Set the desired temperature using the control panel. Recommended freezer temperature is -18°C.
  4. Allow the freezer to run empty for at least 4 hours before loading food to reach optimal temperature.
  5. Activate the Fast Freeze function 24 hours before placing a large quantity of fresh food.

CAUTION! Do not load food until the appliance has reached the set temperature.
