Most Common Error Codes & Issues (All Models)

• E01 / E1: Temperature sensor fault – check sensor connection; contact service if persists.
• E02 / E2: Defrost sensor issue – common on NoFrost models; check defrost heater.
• HI / High Temp Alarm: Door left open too long or poor seal; check gasket and level the unit.
• LO / Low Temp Alarm: Freezer too cold – adjust temperature setting.
• Door Open Alarm: Door not closing properly – clean or replace door seal.
• No Cooling: Check power supply, thermostat setting, and condenser coils (clean if dusty).

NoFrost & Frost Free Models (2020–2025)

• Excessive frost buildup: Check door seal integrity; ensure door closes fully.
• Defrost not working: Unplug for 24 hours to manual defrost; check defrost timer/heater.
• High energy consumption: Clean condenser coils at the back; avoid frequent door opening.

Chest Freezer Specific

• Not freezing properly: Ensure lid is fully closed; check lid seal; avoid overloading.
• Excessive noise: Level the unit; check compressor mounts.

Integrated / Built-in Models

• Poor cooling: Ensure proper ventilation around the unit (minimum gaps as per manual).
• Alarm keeps sounding: Check installation alignment and door alignment.

Safety note: Always unplug the freezer before cleaning or performing maintenance. Never use sharp objects to remove ice.
